As I have been discussing this week, I am excited to announce that my firm has acquired the litigation practice of Rogers, Habas & Eisen, P.C. (“RHE”). We have expanded our team, as well as our litigation practice, and are looking forward to all that is to come.
Our firm has three main practice areas: civil litigation, corporate transactional work and commercial and residential real estate. We will continue to focus on these areas. We have attorneys licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania and regularly appear in both federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey. The litigation practice of RHE has a significant focus on construction litigation, which we will continue, as well as general civil litigation. The RHE team’s experience also includes numerous arbitrations involving construction disputes. Our practices are a great compliment to one another.
As part of the acquisition, we have added two litigation attorneys and three paralegals from the team at RHE. Each attorney and paralegal has significant litigation experience. In the coming days, we will talk more about our new team and what each of them brings to the firm, and re-introduce our current team members. Combined, we will now have four attorneys and four paralegals, all working together towards one goal, which is to serve our clients the best that we can.
As the managing partner, I will oversee the firm, as well as work on several of the cases that we have. I will also continue to build our real estate practice and assist our corporate clients with all of their needs. I am excited to grow together and to create an environment where everyone looks forward to coming to work. Transition is a lot of work, but I feel blessed by the opportunity to move forward with this team and look forward to the future!
