This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the catinalawpllc.com website, mobile websites, mobile applications (collectively, our “Platform”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information, as well as your rights concerning such information.

  • Payment Information To complete a transaction with Catina Law, PLLC, we may collect and retain your contact information.
  • Feedback Information To receive and respond to your requests or comments on your experience with Catina Law, PLLC, we may collect your name, email address, images, and any relevant history.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services.

SECURITY AND RETENTION

We have implemented commercially reasonable measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

Importantly, the transmission of information via the Internet is not 100% secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our Platform or our services. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform.

  • We will keep your personal information as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. In some circumstances we may retain your personal information for longer if and when required (e.g. legal, tax, or accounting requirements).

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY PROTECTION

The Platform is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than age 18. If we become aware that a child younger than 18 has provided us with personal information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our files. Note that if you withdraw your consent or request deletion pursuant to the above we may not be able to continue to provide our Services or perform on any contract we have with you. We will not be liable in the event that we do not continue to provide our services or perform our contract with you. Our legal rights and remedies are expressly reserved in such an event.
